提出当今世界EOR技术发展的重要性，阐述了包括化学驱、混合驱、热系在内的各项EOR技术的特征及应用范围，简要介绍全球EOR技术发展现状。     

我国纺丝油剂现状及发展趋势

随着化纤工业的发展,我国纺丝油剂生产增长较快,但与国外公司相比尚未形成竞争优势。本文介绍了我国纺丝油剂生产发展现状,提出了存在的问题及对策。     

Chemical images

Chemical sensors can be used to generate a vast amount of information about the emissions from bio- and chemical processes, from food and bacteria and from a number of products. These emissions are either wanted or should be avoided. Wolfgang Göpel was one of those who recognized early the large potential of chemical sensor arrays and different modes of operation of a given sensor. We describe how large area field effect devices, with catalytic metal gates, can be used for the construction of a response image of a gaseous emission. More specifically, we discuss the new possibilities obtained through the use of catalytic metals with a gradient in thickness. Some basic features of such sensing surfaces are demonstrated and, finally, time-dependent response images from aging meat are used to demonstrate the potential of the method used. It is based on a scanning light pulse technique (SLPT) which measures local polarization or work function changes in two dimensions and, e.g. a sensing surface consisting of bands of different catalytic metals with a gradient in thickness.     

结构Al合金海洋环境腐蚀监测技术

根据结构Al合金在海洋环境中的腐蚀特点对现有的电化学和其它腐蚀测量技术进行了评价,着重介绍了利用荧光基化学传感材料进行结构Al合金的海洋环境腐蚀监测的方法,对荧光化合物传感材料的腐蚀监测原理与应用进行了论述.     

Effect of embedding a porous medium on the deposition rate in a vertical rotating MOCVD reactor based on CFD modeling

This paper investigates numerically the effect of embedding a porous medium on the deposition rate in a two-dimensional (2-D) axi-symmetric vertical rotating metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) reactor. The 2-D Navier–Stokes, thermal-energy, and mass transfer equations as well as the wall surface reaction for growth rate in this model are solved by using commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package, FLUENT (version 6.2), with a segregated method. As shown in the results, the recirculation cell caused by a buoyancy effect above the susceptor may be eliminated due to a large pressure drop during CVD process. Under a condition of the appropriate porosity and the appropriate distance between a porous medium and the susceptor, the film uniformity may be increased about 53.3% owing to a thin boundary layer near the susceptor. In addition, the case of a porous medium embedded in a modified MOCVD reactor is considered in this study to increase the film uniformity further. The numerical results show that the uniformity of the film may be enhanced about 77.9%.     

轴流式风机失效分析

用化学分析、宏观分析、微观分析及金相检测手段，对轴流式风机失效原因进行了探讨，试验结果表明：由于风机叶片的磷含量超标、材质不纯、热处理工艺不当，导致风机叶片破断。     

PIRAC-SiCp/Fe界面化学稳定性

采用简化的PIRAC工艺对SiCp进行涂覆处理 ,并研究了该涂层对SiCp/Fe界面化学稳定性的影响。实验结果表明 ,该工艺可以在SiCp表面形成一层均匀、致密的涂层 ,它主要由Cr3Si、Cr7C3 和Cr2 3C6构成。3SiCp/Fe界面反应强烈 ,绝大多数的SiC被消耗掉 ,原位形成主要由Fe3Si构成的界面反应区 ,并在金属基体晶界形成片状珠光体团。而 3P -SiCp/Fe的界面反应很小 ,SiCp表面涂层保存完好 ,SiCp基本上未遭到破坏 ,并与基体紧密结合。涂层通过隔离Fe与SiC的接触 ,抑制P -SiCp/Fe界面反应 ,有助于提高其界面化学稳定性 ,改善界面结构     

化学不稳定物质的危险性预测与评价方法

针对化学不稳定物质的爆炸危险性，归纳和阐述了5种预测与评价方法，进行了部分新物质或目前仍缺乏适当手段测定的物质的预测和初评。     

化学灌浆在新疆达坂隧洞管片裂缝处理中的应用

本文介绍了新疆达坂隧洞管片裂缝的化学灌浆修补工艺,通过有效的检测手段对裂缝的成因、性质作出精准的判断,实施了有针对性的修补方案,验证了钻孔灌浆与表面涂刷在裂缝修补中的适宜性,成功解决了裂缝修补施工难题,选用的化学灌浆材料经济适用,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
